When I am a bit high with my most recent run-in with hypomania, I am all good and glorious. When I am very low from a leap into the hole, I am all things evil and ugly. Very ugly. During the navigation between the extremes, I am just plain tired of these travels. So when it comes right down to it...

ya know, I think that everyone feels like that. I know that bipolar is more extreem, but I think there's a little bit of that in all of us.
I struggled with that one too.
although it would seem you've captured just about everything between those extremes, somehow i feel like you're a lot more than just that.
you forgot the two renee and ol lady said but also - I am smart - and I am caring.
Ditto everyone's previous comments, and you also forgot...I am kind, caring, brilliant, loyal to friends, supportive to others.
